Excellent communication from the owner. Answered all of our questions in less than 12 hours. When weather delayed shipping, he quickly investigated the hold up. We received the product and used it the next day before basketball practice. The set up was quick and easy. The videos on the website were very helpful with this. I love the Mopsmart system. I have bought Mopsmarts at 3 different schools as it efficiently cleans the floor with minimal work. It also dries quickly which allows to clean the floor in a short time.
